Our plant, which started production with Mirizobant brand insulation tapes consisting of polymer-bitumen-based adhesive mixture adapted to different climatic conditions, today successfully produces various bitumen-based products such as self-adhesive coatings with 2 types of pure aluminum layers, aluminum foil surface and membrane surface, resistant to water, moisture, heat and frost, as well as double-sided adhesive tape.
Since 2022, the production of self-adhesive double-sided tape under the "Mirizobant" brand has been started, mainly for use in preventing corrosion in the joints of sandwich panels and other roofing materials. The preparation and production of these products was carried out exclusively by MİRİZOBANT.
At the same time, self-adhesive edge and ventilating middle material tape products were put into production under the "Mirizobant" brand.
Our factory has expanded its product range mainly for waterproofing roofing materials, sandwich panels, concrete slabs, door and window edges and glass joints.
The importance we attach to quality is ensured by "AZS", and the product quality is ensured by the "GOST R 53338-2009" Certificate of Conformity.

Mirizobant insulation product is mainly bitumen-based, with Pure Aluminum, Colored Aluminum Foil or Colored Membrane coating on one side and a removable film on the other side, which is a water and sound insulating tape. Mirizobant products are not negatively affected by sunlight thanks to their natural aluminum foil or natural membrane coating. They can be easily applied to inclined and curved surfaces thanks to their elasticity. Ingredients:
Since its top layer is covered with Pure Aluminum, aluminum foil or Membrane, it is not affected by the sun's harmful ultraviolet rays. Since it is self-adhesive, it can be safely applied to non-combustible materials such as metal, wood and plastic. Since its composition is made of SBS (Synthetic Rubber) based polimer bitumen, it maintains its elasticity in every climate zone, does not crack or flake. Since the back cover is a removable PE film, it can be peeled off easily.
Types and sizes:
Mirizobant products consist of a bitumen-bitumen adhesive mixture with 3 types of top surfaces: Pure Aluminum, Aluminum foil and membrane, and are available in 8 colors as desired, 5, 10, 13, 15, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 80, 100, 120 cm wide and 10 m long.
Area of use:
Mirizobant products are used in home renovations, in wall, parapet, chimney bottom details, cornice, kanyok (mahiyya), body wall and ridge joints, in cracks that may occur in corrugated sheets, in the insulation of roof coverings, for the insulation of bathrooms and sanitary junctions, in car upholstery, in the joints of prefabricated elements, in the emergency repair of joinery and glass cracks, in container and tank bodies used in transportation, in the insulation of pipe joints, in the repair of water tanks and silos, and in the insulation of boat deck coverings.
Application form:
The surfaces on which Mirizobant products will be applied must be dry and clean. There should be no foreign substances such as dust, silicone, oil, rust on the surface. A BITUMER primer layer (Bitumen Emulsion) should be applied to rough surfaces such as concrete, plaster and board. When attaching the Izobant tape, the PE film on the back surface is removed and air bubbles are removed by pressing with a small roller. This tape, whose adhesion strength increases over time due to its bituminous structure, bonds with the place where it is attached over time.
